As 2020 approaches, we are once again recapping our most popular blog posts of the year. In 2019, PubNative has gone through the news: In June we were acquired by one of the top investment firms in Germany Media and Games Invest plc. Then only recently, PubNative completed the acqui-hire of the development team of TVSMILES, a fellow pioneer in mobile native advertising. And of course, you were also able to find us at many industry conferences this year such as ChinaJoy and DMEXCO.

In June, PubNative was acquired by one of the top investment firms in Germany Media and Games Invest plc. This is our CEO Ionut Ciobotaru’s comment on this big step:
